i'm current freshman at uc berkeley and i am absolutely thrilled to be starting my own blog. i get to post what i love to do, from cooking and drawing to lifestyle and beauty. as a college student, i have a tremendously busy lifestyle and schedule, but i think blogging will definitely help me find the balance between social, personal, and academic life.

i know that many of you are probably wondering why i've named my blog "the cat lady." the only reasonable explanation for that is that i am a cat lover (and dog lover too). but because i own a cat, i feel obliged to turn the stereotype that all cat lovers are introverted and old grandmothers. i hope to bring to light that there is more than one side to the coin.
